Spiritual formation and character development are given major emphasis in our college. The day begins with quite-time (reading of God's word and meditation) that enables the students to develop a daily walk with God. Chapel services are conducted on all five days and Mondays are separated for Special College Worship Time, which is an extended time of worship and listening of God's Word. Daily evening chapel services also provide them amble opportunity to worship God, share their testimonies and listen from the Word of God.

Besides these, every Friday evening is set apart for extended intercessory prayer for various concerns of the world and the ministry of various mission organizations. We also have 'Mentoring Groups', where the whole student body is divided into different groups under the leadership of faculty members who meet once a month for counseling, mentoring and encouraging one another to grow in the knowledge of God. Every year, December 22 is separated for 24 hours chain prayer.
